Black Cumin Seed Oil, also known as Black Carraway Seed Oil or Fennel Flower Oil or Roman Corriander Oil is a beautiful plant, whose seeds are widely used for culinary and medicinal reasons.
Our black cumin seed oil is made from Organic Black Cumin seeds from Egypt, cold pressed to retain the maximum amount of nutrients.
A study found in the the “Journal of science of food and agriculture” states that black cumin seeds are a great source of protein, fibre, B vitamins (thiamine, niacin, pyridoxine and folate) and minerals like calcium, copper, iron, phosphorus and zinc. They also contain fats like linoleum acid, eicoadienoic acid and oleic acid.
